China commercial franchise has achieved a rapid growth with the economic development of the country. According to the data from China Chain Store & Franchise Association (CCFA), China franchise systems have reached 2,800 by the end of 2007, an increase of 7.7% than that of one year before. Up to the end of 2007, the total number of the commercial franchise outlets in China exceeds 230,000, 15% more than that in 2006, ranking the number one in the world.
